Do I have to use a service to file my annual report?
No. You can always file directly with your Secretary of State yourself, usually online. People use FilingPilot to save time and to be sure the deadline is never missed.
Are you affiliated with the state?
No. We are an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency. The state fee we collect is passed through to the government at cost.
What happens if I miss a deadline before signing up?
We can still file a late report, but the state may add its own late penalty or, in some states, may have already begun administrative dissolution. We'll tell you your exact status before you pay.
